1 Liter, 2 Servings

This stew is prepared with the intention of supporting the recovery process and with its massive variety of vegetables and spices to nourish too. Inspired by the ‘First Forty Days’ book by Heng Ou which is the modern parents guide with traditional ways and tips on Postpartum.

This dish has warm vibrant colors that can see through the food and is easy to reheat to save time.

Stews are the perfect food for this season. However your baby is born, eating foods that are smooth and easy to digest is super important as the organs move back into place. Traditionally in Chinese medicine Yang is considered as warming while Yin foods are cooling. When a baby has been born it's said your body is in a cold Yin state so warming Yang foods is needed.

Ingredients: Ghee (vegan: coconut oil), Carrots, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Cumin, Cinnamon stick, Cashews, Millet, Coconut milk, Green beans, Turmeric, Ginger, Bay leaf, Onion, Leek, Sea salt
Glutenfree. Contains nuts.
Is delivered frozen.

*it's important to note that postpartum dietary needs can vary among individuals, so consulting with a health care provider or a registered dietician is advisable to ensure that the nutritional needs are adequately met during this critical time.
