Shipping policy

MAMA MUUN PRODUCTS ONLY:
Our Mama Muun Products are being shipped nationwide (Germany only) and shipping rates are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.

Unless otherwise specified, domestic delivery will be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days between Tuesday - Friday

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

MAMAS NEST PRODUCTS ONLY:
The Mama Nest packages are being shipped by Mamas Nest from Austria to Germany via DHL or Go Express from Tuesday to Thursday (no shipping on the day before public holidays). Orders placed by 11 a.m. can be shipped the same day.

Since refrigerated packaging and express shipping are costly, the shipping and packaging fees do not fully cover our expenses. Please understand that we are unable to absorb all of the shipping costs ourselves.

Deliveries to foreign countries:
Sadly we do not ship to other countries.
