How does the flexible subscription plan work?

We have created a subscription so you can automatically receive your order each week from the weekday selected and save 10%. This will not only make it stress-free for your family but great postpartum planning.

The selected package will be delivered every week until paused or cancelled by you.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription 2 days prior to the next delivery. Simply email us at hello@mamamuun.de.

Does the payment come out automatically?

An automatic payment will come off your chosen payment option every week.

What if I’m not home or away?

Since we deliver via DPD Food, you will receive an email from us as well as from DPD with a tracking number where you can designate a drop-off location or a neighbor who will accept your package in your absence. Please note that this must be picked up on the same day due to the lifespan of the cool packs.

How long does the subscription go for?

The subscription is ongoing until you cancel it. 2 weeks are minimum to sign up for the subscription.
