Current menu ideas with a side of meat:
Shiitake Miso Soup - Add boiled or fried chicken strips, thin beef stripes would work well too or a boiled egg
Tuscan Bean Soup - Add bacon pieces or shredded chicken
Both Lasagnas - Add a chicken breast or baked salmon fillet to the side.
Postpartum Stew - Shredded chicken or ground beef
Red Dhal- fish as a side dish like salmon or a white fish
