Oats being our superfood and the ultimate dish to add whatever topping you wish. A warm bowl of oats not only is great for milk production but also contracts iron which is best absorbed with vitamin C (wooo hello strawberries and mangos). Enjoyed cold or warm with a little extra plant milk added. (Avoid calcium fortified milk as calcium inhibits iron to be absorbed).
