All meals are perfectly tailored to the postpartum period. Our producers Mama's Nest sources their ingredients locally from organic farmers and suppliers, and they are also certified organic.

Our producers Mamas Nest ship from Tuesday to Thursday (no shipping on the day before public holidays). Orders placed by 11 a.m. can be shipped the same day.

Shipping is from Austria to Germany via DHL or GoExpress. The shipping cost € 19.

Since refrigerated packaging and express shipping are costly, the shipping and packaging fees do not fully cover our expenses. Please understand that we are unable to absorb all of the shipping costs ourselves.
