Our modern dish is the vegans dream, although called chili, it's not spicy at all. Tempeh and kidney beans are our favorite in this dish with Tempeh being an awesome plant-based protein — with a nutty flavor in a light tomato based sauce. Best enjoyed with brown rice or corn tortilla chips and a big dollop of sour cream or avocado.
