It's known that we need warm foods to heal after birth but this is our modern take on postpartum during summer, a salad that's refreshing and warming and also nourishing. For these summer months, a salad that not only is light and easy but keeps us full longer. Packed with protein and iron. This salad can be enjoyed warm or cold or enjoyed as a side dish.

A small amount of cauliflower to taste, quinoa which is amazing for fibre and keeping us regular, lentils which is the meat for vegetarians and not to mention just full of polyphenols, protein, iron, folic acid and magnesium.
