Our very own chef Gabby has created this with a twist, with raspberries, oats and buckwheat being our hero ingredients. This is enjoyed as a snack or breakfast piece. Buckwheat is a good source of protein, fibre and energy. Oats is one of the best foods for boosting the milk supply and carrots and raspberries has us covered with vitamin C and fibre.
